SuperAnalytics shows how many people visit your website, how they found it and how many of them booked a table. It measures without cookies, so you do not need a cookie banner for it.

Google Analytics can do everything, which is why hardly any owner still opens it. What you want to know is whether Friday’s Instagram post filled tables. Here that is one sentence: "This month 812 visits to your site and 23 bookings."

One sentence, four numbers, one chart

At the top: what the month or the week did. Under it, four tiles: visits, bookings via your site, bookings per 100 visits and your best source. Each one sits next to the previous period, so you see whether it is going up or down.

The chart shows visits per day, with a dot on every day someone booked through your site; the bigger the dot, the more covers. You see that the day after your newsletter was busy without building a report.

Visits are an estimate, because without cookies nobody counts to the exact person. Bookings via your site are exact: they come from your own reservation book. This part is on every plan, Free included.

Where your guests come from

With Supermode you get the sources: Google, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, your newsletter, the QR code in your venue, AI assistants and people who typed your address. Each source shows how many bookings it brought. Tap one and you see the bookings themselves.

Next to that: the pages people read, devices and countries. Filter on one page, say your menu, or on one source, and every number follows. That tells you whether the people reading the menu also book.

One line on your site, or nothing at all

If our booking button or enquiry form is already on your site, SuperAnalytics is already measuring it. To measure every page, paste one line into your site: in WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Framer it goes in the custom-code field. "Check now" asks you to open your site in another window and shows your own visit arriving within ten seconds.

On Today, a card shows this week’s visits, who is on your site right now and the bookings that came in through it. One tap takes you to SuperAnalytics, next to the Staff cost tab.

Questions we get a lot

Do I need a cookie banner for these statistics?

No. SuperAnalytics sets no cookies and keeps no IP addresses for visit statistics; raw visit data is deleted after 8 days. If you also run other tools that do set cookies, those still need consent.

Does this replace Google Analytics?

For the questions a hospitality venue asks, yes: how many visitors, from where, which pages and how many bookings. If you tune ad campaigns down to the keyword, you need more. SuperAnalytics stays simple and tied to your bookings.

What is on the free plan?

On Free you get the sentence, the four tiles, the chart with your bookings and the card on Today. Sources, pages, filters, devices and countries are in Supermode, €39 per venue per month (excl. VAT). Every new account gets 30 days of Supermode, no card needed.

Will it work with my website?

With any site you can add a line of code to: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Framer or one your agency built. Without a site of your own, SuperAnalytics measures your booking page and your other pages on SuperHoreca.

How does SuperAnalytics know a booking came from Instagram?

A guest who opens your site from an Instagram link and then books carries that source onto the booking. The number per source comes from your reservation book, not from an estimate.

Add the line to your site, or let your booking button do the work, and see after a week what your website brings in. Free to start, with everything in Supermode for the first 30 days.
