Two ways of working. You pick one when you start.
For the bar counter, a food truck or takeaway. Order and pay straight away, on one screen.
For the restaurant or brasserie. A floor plan, rounds to the bar and kitchen, and the bill whenever the guest wants it.
A photo of your menu. Your till is ready.
Take a photo or upload a PDF of your menu. The AI reads your dishes, prices and categories and suggests a VAT category for every product. You check, tick and you are done. No evening of retyping.
- Photo or PDF of your menu
- Prices and categories filled in
- VAT category suggested, you decide
- Or import a CSV or Excel file
AI import is part of Supermode. CSV or Excel import always works.

Everything your venue needs.
And what you do not use, you do not see. A feature only shows up once you switch it on.
See at a glance which table is seated, has ordered or wants to pay. Move and merge tables with one finger.
Drinks to the bar, food to the kitchen. On a kitchen screen or a receipt printer.
The kitchen marks what is ready. The waiter sees straight away what to bring.
By seat or in equal parts. Part cash, part card.
A tab in the guest’s name, or secured with a card pre-authorisation on the terminal.
Guests scan at the table, order and pay on their own phone.
Orders to take away, paid online in advance.
The guest sees the order and the amount on a second screen.
A QR code on the ticket opens the receipt on the guest’s phone.
Sauce, doneness, an extra shot: asked the moment you order.
Tonight’s bookings go to their table with one tap.
New staff practise with tickets that count nowhere.
Sales next to staff cost. While you are open.
SuperKassa and your schedule are the same app. You see all day what you sell against what your team costs, and you set your own target. Reports per product, category, VAT rate and day, with no Excel.
Your phone is the card terminal too.
Card payments go through Viva.com. The amount goes straight from the till to the terminal: nobody retypes it, nobody gets it wrong. Prefer a fixed terminal on the bar? It connects just as easily.
Wifi down? You keep working.
Orders and cash payments keep working without internet. When the connection is back, everything syncs by itself. Nobody has to type anything twice.
Your till talks to the rest of your venue
Who works sees it on the till. Who sold what, you see in your report.
Your team’s hours and your sales side by side.
What you sell, your order list knows too.
Today’s bookings are on your floor plan.
One price. Everything in.
- First payment device included
- Each extra payment device €19 a month
- Every feature, no add-on modules
- No setup fee, cancel any month
- Also works with SuperHoreca’s free plan
Straight about GKS (Belgium’s certified till)
Do you sell more than €25,000 a year (excl. VAT) of meals eaten on site? Then Belgian law requires a registered till system (GKS 2.0) with a black box. Drinks do not count towards that threshold.
SuperKassa is not GKS-certified yet. Cafés and bars that mainly sell drinks can already use it. That is why the waiting list asks whether you are over the threshold: it tells us how many venues are waiting for a certified version.
Questions
When can I start?
SuperKassa is running as a pilot in venues in Ghent. We are opening up step by step. People on the waiting list hear first.
Do I need Supermode?
No. SuperKassa is a separate subscription per venue and also works with the free plan. Only the AI import of your menu is part of Supermode.
What does a card payment cost?
Card payments go through Viva.com. You sign that contract with Viva yourself and see their rates up front. Cash costs nothing extra.
Which devices do I need?
A phone or tablet is enough to start. With an Android phone, the guest pays on your device. A receipt printer, kitchen screen or cash drawer can come later.
Do I have to throw out my current till straight away?
No. You can try SuperKassa in training mode first. Training tickets count nowhere.
