First the honest part: Strobbo is not a bad product — for Belgian staff administration it is one of the strongest around. The Dimona declaration leaves automatically from the schedule, adjusts to the hours actually worked, and gets cancelled when someone calls in sick. Student and flexi-job contracts are generated automatically and signed digitally. And with links to SD Worx, Liantis, Group S, Securex, Acerta, Partena, Easypay and Prisma it covers just about every Belgian social secretariat. If you schedule ten flexi-jobbers and students every week and the paperwork is eating you, Strobbo is a justified choice.
But there are two things to know before you sign. One: the price is not on the website. Four tiers — Time, Flexi, Essential, Ultimate — billed per "environment", and for an amount you first fill in their calculator. Two: Strobbo stops where the admin stops. Reservations, events with a run sheet, supplier orders, the cash count at the end of the night — that is a different category of work, and it is exactly the work SuperHoreca is built for.
A price on the page, or a calculator
On strobbo.com/be-nl/prijzen you find four tiers but no amounts: you click "Calculate your price", enter your details and get a proposal per environment — usually one planner with one team or location. That is no crime, plenty of HR software works this way. But it does mean you only learn what a second venue or an extra team costs after a conversation.
At SuperHoreca the amount is on the page: free up to 10 staff on one venue, €19 per month for Pro with unlimited staff and up to 3 venues, €39 per month for Ultra with up to 10 venues. No calculator, no account manager to change plans, cancel monthly. What you will not get: automatic Dimona and payroll processing inside the tool — honestly covered below.
Administration versus the floor
Strobbo automates what hangs around the schedule: Dimona, contracts, payroll processing, leave balances. SuperHoreca automates what happens on the floor: guests booking online and getting a confirmation from your own address, an event with a run sheet and team briefing whose staffing cost comes off the roster instead of out of a text box, orders that leave per supplier and feed the stock count, and a blind cash count per denomination. One subscription, no modules.
And Dimona? We deliberately do not do it. Filing declarations carrying national register numbers is specialist work — we export your timesheets in formats SD Worx, Securex, Acerta and Group S accept, and the declaration runs through your social secretariat or the NSSO portal. If automatic Dimona from the schedule is your main criterion, pick Strobbo — we mean that. If you want one tool that runs your whole evening, from reservation to cash count, you are looking for something other than an HR suite.

Can I move my Strobbo data across?
You export your staff file from Strobbo and import it into SuperHoreca as CSV. Historical schedules you leave behind. One caution: your Dimona declarations will no longer file automatically — agree with your social secretariat on who takes them over before you cancel, not after.
Does SuperHoreca file Dimona declarations?
No, deliberately not. We export timesheets in formats SD Worx, Securex, Acerta and Group S accept; the declaration itself runs through your social secretariat or the NSSO portal. If Dimona-from-the-schedule is your top requirement, Strobbo is the better choice for you.
What does Strobbo cost?
