With Supermode you can also connect SuperHoreca to your own Claude. Ask it there, between other work, and Claude prepares a newsletter or a schedule change for you to confirm.
Answers from your own schedule
The assistant reads what is in SuperHoreca: your schedule, your team, your bookings and your hours. What is not in SuperHoreca it cannot know: for an answer about your hours, your hours have to be in there.
In Supermode it also makes suggestions on Today and reads your current week in from a photo, of the whiteboard or a paper schedule. You check every line before anything is added.
Connect to Claude
Settings has "Connect to Claude". After that you ask Claude "who’s working on Saturday?" or "draft a newsletter about mussel night", and the answer comes from your venue.
A newsletter or schedule change Claude makes waits as a draft in SuperHoreca. Nothing is sent and nothing changes until you confirm it.

What does the AI assistant cost?
Free includes 3 questions a week. Supermode gives 20, plus suggestions on Today, your week from a photo and the Claude connector, for €39 per venue per month (excl. VAT). Every new account gets 30 days of Supermode, no card needed.
Can the AI change my schedule by itself?
No. What the assistant or Claude comes up with is a suggestion or a draft. You confirm it before anything changes or goes out.
Do I need a paid Claude subscription?
Not for the assistant inside SuperHoreca. For the connection you need a Claude account that supports connectors.
