What you just used

That window was sitting on the venue’s own site.

You have just booked a table, signed up to a newsletter or asked about an event at a venue that runs on SuperHoreca. You never left their website to do it: what opened is a widget they put on their own page. One line of code.

If you run a floor or a kitchen yourself, this is the whole explanation — what it is, what it costs, and the line you would paste. No demo form, no salesperson calling back.

What the widget does

The guest clicks your button, on your page. The booking screen opens over your site — no redirect to another platform, no restaurant directory where you sit next to your neighbours. When they are done they close the window and are still on your site.

The booking lands in your reservation list and in the day view your team already opens for the schedule. Turn approval on and it waits as pending until somebody confirms it. The confirmation email to the guest goes out from an address belonging to your own venue.

There are three of these scripts and they are built to share a page: reserve a table, sign up to your newsletter, and ask about an event or a private party. Each has its own trigger and its own window.

What a booking costs you: nothing

No commission, no per-cover charge, no per-booking charge, no transaction fee. On no plan, paid ones included. You pay your subscription and nothing else, however many guests come through the widget.

In Belgium that is not the norm. RestoManager, a Ghent hospitality product, charges a transaction fee per online payment on top of the subscription: €0.99 on Core, €2.99 on Growing and €0.49 on Professional, with subscriptions starting at €59 a month (their own published prices on restomanager.net, checked 10 September 2026).

To be straight about it, because it is not a clean comparison: their fee only applies when there is an online payment, and that is exactly the difference. Nothing is paid inside our widget. The guest books, that is all. If you want to take a deposit or hold a card for a party of twelve, we cannot and they can.

The install, literally

This is not a simplified example — it is what your dashboard hands you, ready to copy.

Your own button
<!-- SuperHoreca reservations -->
<a href="#" data-supershift-book class="reserve-btn">Reserve a table</a>
<script src="https://superhoreca.app/embed/cafe-copain" async></script>
Or a floating button, without touching your layout
<!-- SuperHoreca floating button -->
<script src="https://superhoreca.app/embed/cafe-copain" async data-auto-button data-button-label="Reserve a table"></script>

cafe-copain is the venue’s slug; yours is in your dashboard under Reservations. Any element carrying the data-supershift-book attribute becomes a trigger — including one your site adds later with JavaScript. To open the window from your own code: window.SuperHoreca.open().

The newsletter and event widgets work the same way, at /embed/cafe-copain/newsletter and /embed/cafe-copain/enquiry. The script loads async, has no dependencies, and pulls nothing in your layout out of shape.

What SuperHoreca costs

Free up to 10 staff. That is not a fourteen-day trial quietly expiring — the free plan stays free, with reservations, the schedule, the time clock, tasks and two venue newsletters a month in it. One venue, no card number.

Past ten staff, or if you want reminder emails to your guests, a cap on tables per time slot, or the widget without our name on it, that is Pro: €19 a month, or €15 a month billed yearly. Ultra is €39 (€29 billed yearly) and is about money — live day cost, clocked hours against planned hours, cash counts, payroll export.

Prices excl. VAT.

What it is not

SuperHoreca is a scheduling tool first: the roster, the time clock, opening and closing tasks, supplier orders. Reservations hang off that — which is why they can be free. Anyone shopping for a reservation system and nothing else is buying half a tool here.

No POS, no payroll engine, no Dimona filing. That last one stays with your Belgian payroll office; we export the hours in a format they accept. And no online payments, deposits or gift cards.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a web developer to install it?

For most sites, no. You paste one line of script and one link — a plain HTML block does it in WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow. If you get stuck, send us your site address and we will tell you where it goes.

Does the guest pay anything in that window?

No. Nothing is paid inside the booking window and no card is involved. The guest gives a name, party size, time and contact details, and gets a confirmation email. If you want to take a deposit or a card guarantee, SuperHoreca does not do that.

What does a booking cost me?

Nothing. No commission, no per-cover charge, no per-booking charge, no transaction fee — on any plan. You pay your subscription, and up to 10 staff that is zero.

What if I already run another reservation system?

Put the widget next to it on a test page and watch for a week. There is no contract and no notice period: the free plan stays free, so you do not have to cancel anything to compare.

Where does the booking end up?

In your reservation list and in the day view your team already opens for the schedule. Turn approval on and the request waits as pending until somebody confirms it. The confirmation email to the guest goes out from an address belonging to your own venue, not ours.

Put the widget on your own site and watch it for a week. You do not have to cancel anything to compare, and not a euro comes off per booking.
