- Who it’s for
- Cafés, restaurants, bars, hotels — and any team that works in shifts
Guests book on your own website. Nothing is taken per booking, per cover or per guest, on any plan. The booking lands on the same day view where your team sees the schedule.
Platforms charge per cover because they bring guests. A guest who found you on Google Maps or Instagram, or who was here last month, did not need a platform to find you, and their booking should cost you nothing.
What you get on the free plan
A booking button for your own site: one line of script, and the booking screen opens over your page with no redirect. No site? You get your own booking page with a link for Instagram or Google.
The guest gets a confirmation mail. You set your opening hours, closed days, party sizes and how far ahead people may book. Want to see every request first? Switch on approval. Bookings sit in your reservation book and on the day view, next to who is working that day.
Rooms, regulars and a brunch with a menu choice
With two or more rooms, say the dining room, a heated terrace and the conservatory, the guest picks where they want to sit, and only rooms that fit their party show. "No preference" stays the default.
A guest profile remembers what your team should know: the third visit, a nut allergy, a VIP mark and a note only your team reads. It shows next to every new booking from that guest.
For a Sunday brunch you create a separate, free offer with choices (sweet, savoury, veggie) and allergens. On the day you get one list for the kitchen: how many of each, and who must not get what.
What is in Supermode, and what it does not do
Reminder mails to the guest at a time you choose, with a cancel link; a limit on tables per time slot so the kitchen does not get everything at once; and the booking screen without our name. Supermode is €39 per venue per month, or €29 a month billed yearly (excl. VAT).
No online payments, no deposits, no prepaid menus and no gift vouchers today. If you need a group of twelve to pay ahead, this is not the tool for that yet.

Questions we get a lot
How is this different from TheFork and Zenchef?
TheFork charges a percentage of the average bill per guest for bookings from its own platform and partners; bookings from your own site are included. Zenchef states €0 commission per cover on its Reserve plan, with no subscription price on its site. Both offer deposits. SuperHoreca charges nothing per booking, takes no payments, and puts your schedule and time clock in the same tool, free up to 10 staff.
Do I pay anything per booking or per cover?
No. No commission, no amount per cover, no amount per booking, on any plan. You only pay your subscription, and up to 10 staff that is zero.
Can I ask for a deposit?
Not today. SuperHoreca takes no payments: the guest gives a name, party size, time and contact details, and pays nothing. You can put your house rules on the booking screen, for example that groups of eight or more should call.
Where do guest replies go?
Into your inbox in SuperHoreca, with the booking shown next to the mail. Your answer leaves from your venue’s address.
Do I need a new website?
No. Paste one line of script into your existing site (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow: a plain HTML block is enough). Without a site, you get your own booking page with a link.
Put the booking button on your site and watch for a week. No contract, not a cent per booking. Free up to 10 staff, with everything in Supermode for the first 30 days.
