The newsletter lives in SuperHoreca, next to your bookings and your events. On Free you send one a month to up to 500 subscribers; with Supermode, one a week, to up to 5,000.
Most venues know a newsletter works and still never send one. There is no list, Mailchimp feels built for a web shop, and by the time the mail looks like the place, the weekend is over. Here you start from a mail that already has your colours and your logo.
You never start from a blank page
Pick a starting point: news from the venue, new on the menu, an event spotlight, opening hours and closing days, your last newsletter or a blank mail. Then drag blocks in: heading, text, image, button, two columns, an event from your calendar, your opening hours or a dish from the menu. You type straight into the mail, and drop or paste a photo where you want it.
What you see is what your guest gets. Switch between phone and computer to check both. If your web agency prefers HTML, flip the editor to Code and back.
The "Book a table" button goes to your own booking page, so a guest who clicks your newsletter books with you, with no platform in between. SuperAnalytics then shows how many bookings the newsletter brought in.
Your list grows while you work
A guest who books can tick that they want your newsletter. Put a QR poster on the tables, a sign-up field on your site, and import a list you already have, as long as those people once gave consent. For every subscriber you see where they came from.
Your guests get at most one newsletter every seven days from your venue, on every plan. That is a promise to them, and the reason they stay subscribed. Unsubscribe is always at the bottom and takes one click.
From your own name, and replies come to you
Your newsletter goes out with your venue’s name as the sender. Want your own domain too, such as news.yourvenue.com? Request it in settings: on every plan, after a short check. Your main domain and your normal mail are left alone.
When a guest replies, the answer lands in your SuperHoreca inbox with the rest of your guest mail. Your first newsletter, and the first send to an imported list, are checked before they go out. That keeps the sender trusted for every venue that shares it.

What does the newsletter cost?
Nothing on Free: one newsletter a month, up to 500 subscribers. Supermode is €39 per venue per month (excl. VAT) and gives you a weekly newsletter to up to 5,000 subscribers, with segments and language versions. Every new account gets 30 days of Supermode, no card needed.
Can I bring my Mailchimp list?
Yes. Import a CSV, as long as the people on it once agreed to get mail from your venue. Invalid addresses, duplicates and people who unsubscribed before are taken out. The first newsletter to an imported list is checked first.
How often can I send?
At most once every seven days, on every plan. On Free it is once a month. Someone who signs up at a café wants to hear what is new, not get a mail every day.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Request a subdomain such as news.yourvenue.com and add the two DNS records settings gives you. Your main domain and your mailbox do not change.
Can Claude write my newsletter?
Yes, with the Claude connector in Supermode. Ask your own Claude, for example "draft a newsletter about mussel night", and the draft is waiting in SuperHoreca. Nothing goes out until you press send.
