In SuperHoreca you open a shift and your staff apply on their phones. If someone cannot work, they put their shift up for grabs or ask a colleague to swap. You approve. It is on every plan, Free included.
Without it, Saturday afternoon is the group chat: "Who can do the bar tonight?" Three people read it, nobody answers, and you ring round until someone picks up.
Open shifts: whoever wants it applies
A shift without a name is an open shift. Your team sees it in the app and taps "Apply for this shift". If someone already works an overlapping shift that day, the app tells them first.
You see who applied and pick. Everyone else sees it has gone. Prefer the group chat? Share the open shifts in one message on WhatsApp.
Swaps and take-overs: between colleagues, with your say-so
If a staff member cannot make it, they put the shift up for grabs and a colleague taps "I can take it". Or they ask for a swap: their Saturday for your Sunday. The colleague accepts or declines, then you decide.
The schedule only changes once it is approved, and both people are notified. No need to remember who swapped with whom: it is in the schedule.

Does it cost anything?
No, open shifts, swaps and take-overs are on every plan. Free is free for up to 10 staff; above that it is Supermode, €39 per venue per month (excl. VAT). Every new account gets 30 days of Supermode, no card needed.
Can staff just change shifts on their own?
No. A swap or take-over waits for your approval, and only then does the schedule change.
Does my team need to install an app?
No. They open the schedule in their phone’s browser, or in the app from the Play Store if they want it. They join with your venue’s code.
