Integrations

Everything on this page exists today.

Most integration pages in this market are a wall of partner logos with four “coming soon” slots underneath. There is no logo here for a company we have no code for. Every connection below can be switched on today, and each one tells you what it actually does and which plan it needs.

What does not exist is at the bottom of the page. That is the fastest way to find out whether you are in the right place — faster than a demo call.

In your team’s calendar

Two connections that put the roster on the phone your team is already holding.

Every plan

Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook

Each team member subscribes to one link and sees their own shifts in the calendar app they already have open: the next eight weeks, refreshed on their side, with a reminder two hours before the shift starts. The venue gets a second link carrying the whole team. Revoking is regenerating the link — every existing subscription stops at the same moment.

Settings → Calendar sync, and in each member’s own profile.

Every plan

WhatsApp

The week’s roster, a single shift, a join link for a new hire or a supplier order opens as a ready-written message on your own phone. SuperHoreca opens WhatsApp, you press send. Nothing is ever sent in your name, and there is no WhatsApp Business account to set up.

On your own site and your Google listing

Everything here is one line of HTML or one link. No developer needed — the app generates the code with your venue’s name already in it.

Every plan

Reservations on your own website

Four shapes, one booking page: a button on your site that opens a pop-up, a floating button in the corner of every page, an iframe for a dedicated reservations page, and a plain link to paste anywhere. You copy the snippet out of the app and paste it into your site.

Reservations → Settings → Embed on your website.

Every plan

Party and group enquiries

A second script for the event-request form. The request arrives inside the app as something you accept or decline, instead of in a mailbox three people watch and nobody answers.

Free: 2 newsletters a month · Pro: unlimited

Newsletter signups

A third script drops a signup form onto your site — inline in a block you point at, or as a modal. The address joins your venue’s own list and gets a welcome mail straight away.

Every plan

Google Business Profile

Paste your booking link into your Business Profile under Bookings, and people who find you in Search or Maps land straight on your booking page instead of hunting for a phone number. This is explicitly not “Reserve with Google” — that is Google’s partner programme for approved booking providers, and we are not one. This is your own link on your own listing. Two minutes, once.

Every plan

Google reviews

You set your review link and a delay in hours. After the visit one mail goes out with that link in it, and you see how many guests clicked. One mail per reservation, never two, and never from a sandbox venue.

Reservations → Settings → Review requests.

Mail that comes back where it belongs

Not a connection you install — the way email works here by default.

Sending: every plan · Log with delivery status: Pro

A reply address per reservation and per order

Confirmations go out under your venue’s name, not ours. When a guest replies, the reply comes back onto that one reservation inside the app. A supplier replying to an order mail is attached to that order. No shared Gmail with three people staring at the same message.

Signing in, paying, and the payroll office

The three places where SuperHoreca talks to someone else about money or identity.

Every plan

Sign in with Google

Linked to the same account by email address, so someone who once registered with a password can later press the Google button and land in the same venue. There is also a passwordless sign-in link by mail.

Pro and Ultra only

Stripe

Card payment, your VAT number at checkout, and a portal where you handle your own subscription — card, VAT number, invoices — instead of emailing us about it. Prices are excl. VAT.

Your payroll office

There is deliberately no connector to SD Worx, Securex, Acerta or Group S. What there is: the week as Excel, CSV or PDF — date, person, role, start, end, hours, notes, and not one wage amount — plus a CSV of the hours actually clocked. Those downloads are on every plan. Ultra adds the two things that get the file out of your hands: a login-free HR link your accountant opens with no account and no password, and mailing the PDF straight to your payroll office. Switching the link off, or regenerating it, kills every existing copy immediately.

The share menu above the schedule, Attendance → Export CSV, and Settings → HR & Payroll.

AI, on your own subscription

Three things the assistant can do. All three sit on Ultra, because they cost real money per use — except the first, which spends your Claude subscription rather than ours.

Ultra

Claude (MCP connector)

You paste one link into your own Claude and it can read the venue — hours, cost, who is on tonight — and draft schedule changes. It cannot apply them: a proposal lands in the app as a card a human still has to approve. The tokens come out of your Claude subscription, not our budget. Minting a new link kills the old one.

Settings → Claude connector.

Ultra

Weather (Open-Meteo)

The assistant pulls a fourteen-day forecast for your venue’s town when you ask whether the terrace needs an extra person on Saturday. No key, no account. And it says out loud that beyond two weeks is season, not weather.

Ultra

Import your current schedule

Paste the week as it exists today — a photo of the sheet by the door, a screenshot of the Excel, or the text from the group chat — and it comes back as rows you tick off one by one. Nothing is written until you press Apply.

What is not here

Four things you will not find with us, so you do not go looking for them.

No till or POS connection

SuperHoreca does not read revenue out of your till. Labour cost per day comes from your roster and your time clock, so it needs no till data — but food cost, margins and revenue per hour cannot be worked out here.

No Dimona filing

That is your payroll office’s job and they do it better than we ever would. We hand them the worked hours in a file they accept.

No guest payments

No deposit on a booking, no gift cards, no webshop. Stripe is here only for your own subscription.

No accounting software and no supplier API

Orders go out by mail or by WhatsApp to the supplier themselves. There is no automatic link to a wholesaler and no OCR on incoming invoices.

Frequently asked

Does SuperHoreca connect to my POS?

Not today. There is no till connection. Labour cost per day and per week is calculated from your roster and your clocked hours, so your POS is not needed for that — but sales figures from your till do not come in here.

Do you file Dimona?

No, and that is deliberate. SuperHoreca is not a payroll or HR engine. We export worked hours as Excel, CSV or PDF and leave the filing to your payroll office.

Can my accountant get at the hours without an account?

Yes, through the HR link: a login-free page where your accountant pages through the weeks and downloads Excel, CSV or PDF. That link is part of Ultra, and you can switch it off or regenerate it in one click — every existing copy dies with it. Downloading the files yourself works on every plan, Free included; what Ultra adds is not having to forward them by hand.

Do I need a developer for the booking form on my site?

No. The app generates four snippets with your venue’s name already in them — a button, a floating corner button, an iframe and a plain link. You copy one and paste it. If you have no website at all, the link works on social media or on your Google listing.

Missing something?

Tell us what you use and what for. There is no partner programme and no roadmap page to vote on — there is a mailbox Gaetan reads himself, usually the same day.
