Three steps, note by note
Count per note and per coin; SuperHoreca adds it up. At opening you count the float. At closing you count again. Next to it go the cash the till took and anything paid out of the drawer, such as a delivery.
At the bottom: the difference, balanced, over or short, and the cash above your float. Who counted is saved with the count.
Your staff count, you compare
The person closing the till counts and is done. They do not see what the till says should be there: you compare that afterwards. So they count what is there, not what ought to be.
Every count is kept, with the date, who counted and the difference. You see whether a shortfall happened once or every week on the same night.

Is the cash count free?
Yes, on every plan, with the full history. Supermode (€39 per venue per month, excl. VAT) adds, among other things, staff cost in euros. Every new account gets 30 days of Supermode, no card needed.
Do I need SuperKassa?
No. The cash count works with any till: you enter your own till’s cash total. If you use SuperKassa, the cash count sits in the same menu as your till.
Can I set what my float should hold?
Yes. Set which notes and coins belong in your float, and every count tells you whether the drawer matches it.
