SuperHoreca’s time clock is on the free plan. Your team clocks in on their own phone or on a tablet at the staff entrance, and you see the clocked hours next to the schedule you made. Free is free for up to 10 staff per venue.
Most venues track hours on a sheet by the till, or not at all. That works until the first argument: someone says they started at five, you remember half past, and nobody can prove it.
On their phone, or a QR code at the door
Clocking in is a button in your staff member’s schedule. They open superhoreca.app in their phone’s browser, press clock in, and the clock runs. Break is a second button, and the time on break does not count as worked.
If you do not want anyone clocking in from bed, put a tablet at the staff entrance. It shows a QR code that refreshes every 45 seconds; your staff scan it with their phone. Someone without their phone uses a PIN on the same screen, if you switch that on. Require the tablet and clocking in from a phone is refused. Clocking out from a phone always works, because a blocked clock-out only creates forgotten open sessions.
Planned next to worked, and a week you approve
On every plan, the hours worked sit in the schedule next to the planned ones, marked live while someone is on the clock. Attendance lists what needs you: a session left open, a shift nobody clocked. You correct it, approve the week, and export the hours as CSV.
Every manual change is marked with who made it, a note and the old value, and rounding happens only in the payroll export, never on the clocked times themselves. With Supermode, each worked hour also has its cost in euros, and your payroll office gets an HR link that opens the month without an account.
What it looks like
Questions we get a lot
Is the time clock on the free plan?
Yes. Clocking in on a phone or through the tablet QR is on Free, with the overview of clocked hours and the CSV export. Supermode (€39 per venue per month, excl. VAT) adds staff cost in euros and the HR link. Every new account gets 30 days of Supermode, no card needed.
Does my team need to install an app?
No. They open superhoreca.app in their phone’s browser. Anyone who wants an icon on the home screen finds SuperHoreca in the Play Store too.
Can someone clock in from home?
Only if you allow it. Require the tablet kiosk and clocking in only works through the QR code or the PIN on the tablet in your venue.
What if someone forgets to clock out?
You fix the session in attendance. Every manual edit is marked, carries an author and a note, and the old value stays in that record’s history.
