SuperHoreca is free up to 10 staff and one venue, and every new account starts with 30 days of Ultra, no card needed.
First the honest part: Horeko, sold as Exact Horeko since Exact bought it, is a serious Dutch product. Its Kitchen Manager does recipes with cost price, HACCP logging and menu engineering — we do not. Its Employee Manager schedules around availability and labour cost, lets staff swap shifts and request leave in the app, and clocks in by app, fingerprint, RFID or PIN. And the price is on the site.
Two things to know if you are in Belgium. The payroll links they show are Dutch (Connexie, Nmbrs, Loket), and we found no mention of Dimona or flexi-jobs on their site. And scheduling alone starts at €70 a month per location.

Netherlands versus Belgium
Horeko was built in the Netherlands, and the integrations show it: Nmbrs, Loket, Connexie. Belgian social secretariats and Dimona do not appear on their pages. That does not mean it cannot be done — it means you should ask first.
SuperHoreca was built in Belgium: flexi-jobs live in the schedule, and we export timesheets in formats SD Worx, Securex, Acerta and Group S accept. Dimona we deliberately do not file ourselves — it runs through your social secretariat.
Kitchen versus floor
If your venue runs on recipe cards, food cost and HACCP, Horeko’s Kitchen Manager covers something we do not. Pick Horeko — we mean that.

Does Horeko handle Dimona or flexi-jobs?
Their site does not say (Sep 2026). Ask them if you are in Belgium. SuperHoreca supports flexi-jobs in the schedule but does not file Dimona itself: that runs through your social secretariat.
Can I manage recipes and food cost in SuperHoreca?
Not the way Horeko’s Kitchen Manager does. If recipe costing and HACCP are your main need, Horeko is the better choice.
How do I switch?
Paste your current week from Horeko — or a photo of it — into "Import your current week" (part of the 30-day Ultra trial): names and shifts come across, and you check every line. No CSV needed. Leave historical schedules behind. Agree with your payroll provider where timesheets will come from before you cancel.
