The honest part first: Deputy is a mature product. Drag-and-drop scheduling, staff swapping shifts among themselves, a time clock on phone and desktop, AI auto-scheduling from the Core plan up, and apps for both iPhone and Android. For a chain with dozens of sites across several countries, it is a serious contender.
But Deputy charges per user, in dollars. Lite is $5, Core $6.50 and Pro $9 per staff member per month, with a $30 minimum per invoice. No euro price appears on their pricing page. And what keeps a Belgian venue busy every week — Dimona, flexi-jobs — does not appear on their site.
Per user versus per venue
With Deputy the bill grows with every person you add, including the student who works two Saturdays a month. Paying annually takes 10% off.
SuperHoreca charges per venue, not per user: free up to 10 staff, Pro €19 and Ultra €39 per month excl. VAT. Every new venue gets 30 days of Ultra, no card.
Where Deputy is stronger
Scale and integrations. Deputy exports timesheets to payroll in one click, syncs sales data, and adds SSO, a sandbox and biometric clocking on higher plans. It also has a native iPhone app; SuperHoreca has an Android app and runs on iPhone in the browser.
What neither of us does
SuperHoreca does not file Dimona or run payroll either. We export worked hours to your social secretariat. The difference is price, and a tool shaped around one Belgian venue rather than a global chain.

Questions we get a lot
Does Deputy show prices in euros?
No. Their pricing page lists amounts in USD (the minimum also in AUD and GBP). We do not convert that for you.
Does Deputy have a free plan?
No, but a trial of up to 31 days with no card. SuperHoreca is free up to 10 staff.
Does Deputy handle Dimona or flexi-jobs?
Their site mentions neither. Nor does SuperHoreca file Dimona: we export hours to your social secretariat, which does.
Do my staff need an app?
SuperHoreca has an Android app; on iPhone the schedule runs in the browser or from the home screen. Deputy has apps for both.
