SuperHoreca is free up to 10 staff, and every new venue starts with 30 days of Ultra, no card needed.
First the honest part: Connecteam is a strong product, and it is broader than we are. Scheduling, time clock, team chat, forms, tasks, training — split across three "hubs". Its AI builds a schedule from availability, roles and costs, staff trade shifts with an admin’s approval, and there are apps for both iPhone and Android. Their free plan is generous too: all hubs and all features for up to 10 users.
But Connecteam is built for any team that does not sit at a desk — construction, cleaning, retail, care. Prices are in US dollars, per hub. Belgian flexi-jobs and your social secretariat do not appear on their pages. SuperHoreca is narrower on purpose: schedules for cafés and restaurants, with reservations, events, supplier orders and the cash count in the same subscription.
A broad platform or a hospitality tool
If you want one app for communication, forms and training across a team spread over ten job sites, Connecteam is the stronger choice. That is what it is built for, and it does it well.
A hospitality venue runs on something else: the guests booked for tonight, Saturday’s event and its run sheet, the order to the brewery, the till at the end of the shift. That lives in SuperHoreca, next to the schedule and the time clock.

Connecteam charges per hub, in USD: Operations Basic is $29 a month billed yearly ($35 billed monthly) for the first 30 users, then per extra user. Chat or training sit in a different hub with its own price. They publish no euro price.

What we do not do
SuperHoreca is not a payroll or Dimona engine: we export your worked hours to your payroll provider, which handles the declaration and wages. There is an Android app; on iPhone it runs in the browser or from the home screen. Connecteam has an iPhone app — if that decides it for you, we would rather say so up front.

Connecteam is also free up to 10 users. Why switch?
If you mainly use chat and forms, there is little reason. Switching pays off if you run a venue and want reservations, events, supplier orders and the cash count next to the schedule, priced in euros.
Does SuperHoreca handle Belgian flexi-jobs?
Yes, flexi-jobs are part of our schedule. We do not file Dimona declarations: those go through your social secretariat.
Can I move my staff across?
Paste your current week from Connecteam — or a photo of it — into "Import your current week" (part of the 30-day Ultra trial): names and shifts come across, and you check every line. No CSV needed. Old schedules stay behind.
What if I have more than 10 staff?
Then you need Pro (€19 a month) or Ultra (€39 a month). Every new venue gets 30 days of Ultra first, no card needed.
