Who it’s for
Cafés, restaurants, bars, hotels — and any team that works in shifts

SuperHoreca is free up to 10 staff and one venue, and every new venue starts with 30 days of Ultra, no card needed.

First, the honest part: Eitje is a good product. Prices are public, there are no setup costs, you cancel monthly, and your team swaps shifts in an iPhone and Android app. For a Dutch venue it is a strong choice.

The difference comes down to two things: how the price grows with your team, and which country it is built for. Eitje charges per active team member, and its site does not mention Belgian flexi-jobs or Dimona.

Per team member or a flat price

Eitje costs €2.40 per active team member per month for scheduling, +€1.20 for hour registration and +€0.40 for clock-in. With a small team that is cheap. With twenty or thirty people, students and flexi workers included, it adds up.

SuperHoreca charges a flat amount: free up to 10 staff, €19 per month for Pro, €39 per month for Ultra, excl. VAT.

The Netherlands versus Belgium

Eitje is Dutch: Dutch support, Nmbrs as the named integration. Belgian flexi-jobs, the 650-hour student quota in 2026 or PC 302 do not appear on their site.

SuperHoreca is built for Belgian hospitality. To be fair: we do not file Dimona either and are not a payroll engine. We export your hours to your payroll provider.

More than the schedule

Eitje focuses on scheduling, hours and clock-in. SuperHoreca adds reservations, events, supplier orders and cash counts, in one subscription.
