Know someone still rebuilding the schedule in Excel every Sunday night? Give them your code. Once that venue actually uses SuperHoreca, your account gets a month of Pro — €19 a month of things the free plan does not have. Up to 6 venues, so up to 6 months.
One thing first, because it is where these programmes always fall down: you do not get the month when they sign up. You get it when the venue you brought in uses the thing. What "uses" means is one sentence further down with a number in it, and that number is the same number our own check runs on.
Why a month of Pro, and not "a free month"
Most venues on SuperHoreca are on the free plan. For them, "a free month" is worth precisely nothing: they already pay nothing, so waiving a month changes not one euro and not one feature. That gift would read well on a page like this one and do nothing at all on the bill of the person receiving it.
So the reward is a month of PRO, including — especially — if you are on free today. That is a real upgrade: unlimited staff instead of ten, up to three venues, multiple managers, unlimited schedule mails and broadcasts instead of two mails a week, the labour-cost report, and the communication log that shows you which mail actually arrived. Already on Pro through a running promo? Your end date moves out by a month; if you pay by card it works differently, and that is spelled out below. On Ultra? You stay on Ultra — a reward never drops you a tier.
So its worth is not a story: €19 a month, excl. VAT, one month per venue, 6 months per person at most.
What the venue you refer gets: exactly what everyone gets
Nothing extra. And we are not going to dress that up: every new venue starts with 30 days of Ultra anyway, code or no code, no card. Your code cannot add anything on top of what they already have.
When a referral programme tells you your friends get a free month thanks to you that they would not otherwise have had, it is worth checking whether that is true. Here it is not, so it is not written. What you give them is the tip itself — what you get out of it is that month of Pro.
When the month lands — one sentence, with a number in it
Within 90 days of registering, 3 different people at that venue have to be on its schedule and have logged in at least once. That is the whole test. Not "be active", not "be happy", not something we judge afterwards: 3 people with a shift, who logged in.
There is one alternative route, for venues that only use us for reservations: 3 different guests from outside the team who received a confirmation email that provably arrived. Arrived, not sent — a mail that bounced proves nothing.
Why that bar and not another? Because a venue with three people on the schedule who actually log in has started. One that created an account and never opened it again has not — and paying a month for that is paying for a signup instead of paying for the colleague you genuinely helped.
If the venue does not reach the bar within 90 days, the referral closes and nothing about your plan changes. There is no cost attached, only no reward.
How it runs (and where a human steps in)
Your code is on your account page, under "Bring a venue", as soon as you own a venue yourself. One code per person, however many venues you run. You share the link, and on that same page you see how far each referred venue has got — a name and a counter, for example "Café De Zon: 2 of 3 logged in". You see no more than that: no staff names, no email addresses, no guest data. That is deliberate.
The check runs automatically, every hour. When a venue clears the bar the month is written onto your account by itself — nothing to claim, nothing to prove.
Two honest exceptions. One: if you already pay by card, we cannot write a free month on top of a running subscription — we credit it to your next invoice instead, by hand, after you get in touch. Two: some referrals go past a human first. Not at random, but on a handful of fixed signals, and it is not an accusation — it is what saves us from capping this programme at one referral a year.
The limits, with no small print
At most 6 rewarded referrals per person, not per venue. Run three venues and you still have one code and one ceiling of 6.
Referring yourself does not work. Opening a second venue of your own with your own code is refused outright, and it is the only hard refusal in the whole programme.
A venue can only be referred once, and the first code wins. Anyone who already registered without a code cannot have it counted afterwards — the code has to be in the link at the moment the account is created.
No cash, no gift vouchers, no per-signup commission. A voucher pays for a signature; we want to pay for a venue that actually works with it, and that is exactly the difference the bar above measures.
What it looks like
Got the code but not the link?
A code you were told across the bar is not in your address bar — and there it counts for nothing. Paste it here and we will put it back into the link that does count.

Questions we get a lot
I am on the free plan. Is a month of Pro worth anything to me?
That is exactly why the reward is Pro and not "a free month". On free you are capped at ten staff, one venue, two schedule mails a week and no labour-cost report. A month of Pro lifts those limits without you entering a card — and after that month you simply drop back to free, with nothing charged.
I already pay by card. Do I get nothing?
You get the same thing, just not automatically. Writing a free month on top of a running subscription makes a mess of its renewal date, so we credit it to your next invoice instead. Get in touch as soon as your account shows a referral has been earned.
Does the venue I refer get a discount?
No, and that is deliberately not a sales line: every new venue starts with 30 days of Ultra, code or no code. Your code changes nothing for them. It only changes something for you.
Why not cash or a gift voucher?
Because a voucher pays for a signup, and a signup that then does nothing costs us both time. The month of Pro is only paid out once the venue you brought in actually works with it — which is precisely the venue that will thank you for the tip.
Where is my code?
On your account page, under "Bring a venue". It appears once you own a venue yourself — if you do not own one there is nothing to put a month of Pro onto, so the section stays empty.
My colleague already registered, but without my link. Can that still be fixed?
No. The code has to travel at the moment the account is created; attaching a referral to an existing venue afterwards is not something we do, because then it is our word against the calendar. Use the link before they register, or send them to this page to enter the code themselves.
Why 6 months and not unlimited?
Because 6 free months of Pro per person is something we can carry without turning it into a revenue model we would quietly have to withdraw later. Referrals past the ceiling are still recorded and counted, they are just no longer paid.
No account yet? Start with your own 30 days of Ultra, build next week's schedule, and only pass your code on once you are convinced yourself. A tip you do not believe in is a tip your colleague will hold against you.
